The full-bodied walnut oil is made from hand-picked WALNUTS* and cold-pressed in an in-house oil mill and produced under the "Kaiserlich genießen" criteria. The walnuts are not ground or roasted before pressing.
The gently produced walnut oil has a fine nutty taste and is particularly suitable for fresh salads.
The oil should not be heated.
